How far in advance should we contact you?
Contact us as early as possible for weekends, large groups and special dates. We can sometimes help with shorter notice, but availability will be more limited.
Is there a fixed price?
No single price fits every private event. The cost depends on the date, group size, route, club, table requirements and included services. You receive the agreed conditions before confirming.
Can we pay online?
Payment arrangements depend on the selected service. Do not send money until you receive written confirmation of the exact conditions and payment method.
Are participants required to be over 18?
Yes. Nightlife activities are for adults, and every participant should carry valid physical identification. Some venues can apply a higher minimum age.
Can you organise the evening in English?
Yes. Send your request in English and we will prepare the practical information in English for your group.

We review the date, group profile, budget and preferred format. The proposal identifies the meeting point, planned sequence, expected inclusions, payment conditions and any venue-specific requirements.
Arrival · one clear meeting point
Your group receives a practical arrival instruction in central Madrid. For a private plan, the meeting point may differ from the standard Pub Crawl Madrid meeting point at Planet Club.
First part · social route or welcome venue
Depending on the confirmed format, the evening can begin with a group-friendly bar, a guided route or direct arrival at the selected nightlife venue.
Final part · club, reserved area or agreed finish
The final stage follows the conditions confirmed for your booking. Club admission always remains subject to valid identification, appropriate dress, respectful behaviour and the venue’s door policy.
What determines the price of a private event in Madrid?
Private events do not have one universal price because the requested service can range from planning assistance to a tailored route or a nightclub table. We do not publish a misleading starting price without knowing the essentials.

Practical details that prevent problems on the night
All participants must be adults and should carry valid physical identification. A photo, scan or photocopy may not be accepted. Individual venues may apply a minimum age above 18.
Smart-casual nightlife clothing is the safest general option. Sportswear, beachwear, flip-flops or visibly inappropriate clothing can result in refused admission. Final decisions belong to each venue.
Madrid nightlife often starts late. Build enough time into transfers, avoid splitting the group without a communication plan and nominate one organiser who can receive updates.
