What is included in the Pub Crawl?
Your ticket includes a guided route through four bars, one welcome shot at each venue and entry to the final nightclub. The route can change according to availability and the night.
What time does it start?
Check-in normally starts before 10:00 pm. Arrive early so the team can register your booking and introduce you to the group before departure.
Where is the meeting point?
The usual meeting point is Planet Club, Calle del Príncipe 20, central Madrid. Always check your booking confirmation in case operational details change.
Can I join alone?
Yes. Solo travellers are one of our main audiences. The guides actively introduce guests and help create a social international group.
What is the minimum age?
You must be at least 18 years old. Bring a valid physical photo ID because venues may refuse entry without it.
Is there a dress code?
Wear smart casual nightlife clothing. Avoid sportswear, beachwear, flip-flops and clothing that a nightclub could consider unsuitable.
How much does it cost and how do I book?
Tickets cost €14.99 per person. Send your date and number of people on WhatsApp first. The shared crawl requires at least 6 participants in total; solo travellers and pairs can join other bookings. We confirm the group and departure in writing before sending a payment link. Only then should you pay. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking. If we cannot confirm a group, there is nothing to pay and we can discuss another date.
What time does the pub crawl finish?
The guided route ends when the group reaches the final nightclub. The exact time depends on the route, venue conditions and pace of the group.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends, holidays and for groups. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Can large groups or private groups join?
Yes. Private routes and group arrangements are available for birthdays, Erasmus groups, company events, stag and hen parties.
Is transport included?
The route takes place on foot in central Madrid. Transport to the meeting point and home after the final club is not included.
What happens if I arrive late?
Contact the team immediately. Once the group has left, joining later may not be possible and missed venues or drinks cannot be guaranteed.
Can the route or final club change?
Yes. Venues may change because of capacity, private events, entry policies or operational reasons. The included experience remains equivalent.
What if I have a problem during the night?
Speak to your guide immediately. Guests must follow venue rules, behave respectfully and drink responsibly. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour can result in removal without a refund.
