Terms and Conditions
Conditions for bookings and participation in Madrid Experience nightlife activities.
1. Service
Madrid Experience organises guided nightlife activities in Madrid. The advertised route, bars and final club may change because of capacity, venue policy, private events, safety or operational requirements. An equivalent experience will be provided whenever reasonably possible.
2. Eligibility and identification
Participants must be at least 18 years old and carry a valid physical photo ID. Each venue controls its own admission and may refuse entry when legal requirements, dress code or behaviour standards are not met.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when the customer receives confirmation from Madrid Experience. Prices, inclusions and payment method are those displayed or communicated at the time of booking. Customers must provide accurate booking details.
4. Arrival and participation
Guests must arrive at the confirmed meeting point and time. Late arrival can result in missed venues or inability to join the group. Guests must follow guide instructions, venue rules and reasonable safety requirements.
5. Conduct and alcohol
Drink responsibly. Aggressive, discriminatory, unsafe or disruptive behaviour is not accepted. Madrid Experience or a venue may remove a participant whose behaviour creates a risk or interferes with the experience, without compensation for unused parts.
6. Personal belongings
Participants remain responsible for phones, documents, clothing and other belongings. Madrid Experience is not responsible for loss or theft except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and cancellations
Customer cancellations and changes are handled under the published Cancellation Policy. If Madrid Experience cancels an activity, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid directly for the affected booking.
8. Third-party venues
Bars and clubs are independent businesses with their own admission, capacity, security and service rules. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Spanish law.
